Hello everybody…long time no see…:D

Now, I’m coming again..n I’ll give you an information about…CHEESE…

Do you know cheese?? Yeah, I’m sure that all of you very distinguish it..

But,,do you know the benefit of consume it??

Cheese is made from fresh milk. But, cheese has nutrition more than milk. Protein content of cheese is 22,8 gr at 100 gr of cheese. Whereas, milk contains just 3,2 gr at 100gr milk. Calcium content of cheese is about 777 mg/100gr cheese. Milk just contains 143 mg calcium/100gr milk.

Beside protein and calcium, cheese also contains high carbohydrate, fat, iron, and phosphor.

There are some researches about benefit of consuming cheese. For you girls…consuming cheese can decrease symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Because of high mineral content of cheese, it can prevent caries of teeth. So, cheese is very useful, isn’t it?? :D

But..you’ve to be careful..!!! For all of you that have some disease like kidney, heart, liver, and bile disorder, CONSUMING CHEESE IS INHIBITED..

For you that haven’t these disease,, let’s consume cheese and take it’s benefit..
